Nigerian football star, Chinedu Obasi launches record label, signs Boombeat

Fast rising Nigerian singer and producer Boombeat has just signed a multi million Naira record deal with Knight Entertainment owned by Chinedu “Edu” Obasi, Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a forward for AIK.

The future looks promising for Boombeat who has worked with the likes of Flavour, Duncan Mighty, Sean Paul and Major Lazer.

According to the label’s publicist, Epic Media Africa, setting up the König Entertainment is more of a give back to society project from Edu Obasi to help talents in the streets of Nigeria reach their full potential.

Meanwhile, Boombeat will be dropping a new banging single this week titled Akanchawa featuring Dr Spice and Rex as first official single since he got signed to the label.
