BREAKING NEWS: Fire Burns Down Plank House at Obele, No Life Lost
There was a serious fire outbreak at Obele, close to Swali market in Yenagoa the Bayelsa State capital. The incident which occurred in the early hours of Friday night got the whole plank building popularly known as kpako with more than ten (10) rooms brought down to its foundation. However, no life was lost. Neighbours around ran out in their numbers to put out the fire before the fire could spread to other houses close by.
